If you are wanting something extra special pure relaxation this is the treatment for you. Combining the Top 2 Toe treatment with hot and cold stones. Starting on the soles of the feet, working up the back of the legs, back neck and shoulders, easing out all the stress and tension using hot stones with aromatherapy oils designed to suit your needs. Followed by a relaxing aromatherapy facial with face neck and shoulder massage using hot & cold stones. Whilst your mask is on you can enjoy a pressure point scalp massage also incorporating the hot stones leaving you floating off the bed and feeling completely relaxed. Hot & Cold Stones Massage combines the benefits of thermotherapy/cryotherapy with massage strokes. Using basalt stones for heat and marble stones for cold. The heat of the stones warms the skin which allows the skin to absorb moisturising and therapeutic oils, relaxing the muscles to enable deeper massage. While the cold stones alleviate swelling, decrease muscle spasms and stimulate the autonomic nervous system. Benefits of hot stone massage: The heat from the stones allows greater intensity than with basic massage movements. Increases blood flow around the body flushing out waste products and cleansing internal organs. Circulation is improved, muscles have an increased blood supply. Lymphatic function increases due to general increase in circulation. The heat can relieve pain in muscles and joints. The treatment is said to be ten times deeper and the results are said to last ten times longer than traditional techniques. Stress is reduced, relieving mental and physical fatigue. Cancellation Policy
I understand life is busy and sometimes you may need to change an appointment… I also know in todays hectic world that anyone may occasionally forget the most important engagements… If you would like I can give you a courtesy call, or text message, to remind you 48 hours prior to most pre-booked appointments. If you cannot make your appointment I request that you give me at least 48 hours notice. This means that another client may be given the opportunity of your treatment time and helps me to ensure the viability of my business. If you fail to give me adequate notice you will be charged 50% of the price of your booking and if this happens on more than one occasion you will be required to pay in full upon booking all future appointments. (You will be emailed a payment link) Cancellation fees may also be incurred. For clients that do not arrive for a scheduled appointment, 100% of the treatment will be charged and a payment link will be sent. In the event of you displaying symptoms of any contagious illness inclusive of Covid, I will cancel or reschedule your appointment, which must be a minimum of 10 days from displaying symptoms to ensure the safety of my clients.
