Quantum breath is a energy healing treatment with includes breathwork, meditation and energy awareness techniques to bring about healing on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. Quantum breath is all about working with and amplifying the life-force energy to bring about change and increase the vibration of an area that is in need of some healing. We all have the ability to self heal and Quantum breath is a way of speeding up this process. Ultimately, if the body can, it will heal itself. Quantum Breath works on an emotional, mental and physical level therefore help with a variety of conditions and ailments. It can help to bring down inflammation, speed up healing, reduce pain, balance emotions and much more. It is therefore suitable for most. There are lots of different techniques that can be used depending on what we are working with at each session. This is a treatment where you will remain fully clothed and may be seated or snuggled on the treatment bed. I will be placing hands on or above different areas of the body and you might hear me doing deep breathing techniques. It can be a very interactive treatment where you will be encouraged to deep breath too, then focus on what you DO want rather than what you don't want. I may need to speak to you during the treatment and other times you will be left to relax and be in the peace. Each treatment will vary depending on what is needed at that time.
