CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand life is busy and sometimes you may need to change an appointment… I also know in todays hectic world that anyone may occasionally forget the most important engagements…

​

• If you would like I can give you a courtesy call, or text message, to remind you 24 hours prior to most pre-booked appointments.

• If you cannot make an appointment I request that you give me at least 24 hours notice.  This means that another client may be given the opportunity of your treatment time and helps me to ensure the viability of my business.  If you fail to give me adequate notice on more than one occasion you will be required to pay in full upon booking all future appointments.  (This can be completed over the telephone for your convenience or I can email you a payment link) Cancellation fees may also be incurred.

• If you fail to give me 24 hours notice where you have paid a deposit or paid in full, the payment will be retained for lost business and will not be transferred.

• For clients that do not arrive for a scheduled appointment, 50% of the treatment will be charged on their next visit.

• In the event of you displaying symptoms of COVID-19 I will cancel your appointment and move any payment made to your next appointment, which must be a minimum of 14 days from displaying symptoms to ensure the safety of my clients.

I try very hard to ensure that your visit is everything you would hope for and more…but if I do occasionally get it wrong, please tell me within 48 hours. Not only will I endeavour to make you happy, but also,  i will take the opportunity to improve my quality services for all of my future clients.
